Carry-in (call 1st - by appointment): (normally 2-3 day service, expedited "next day" services 50% extra)
Diagnostic Services - $59 Flat fee
Time Based Repairs - $49 for the 1st 15 minutes, thereafter $29 per each additional 15 minute increment of fraction thereof
Custom Pricing: Available on request for items not listed
- Memory, Wireless Card, DVD Drive, Video Card, Upgrades - $59 plus parts (most parts under $100)
- Upgrade existing functional hard drive to larger or faster speed drive (inc'l image transfer) - $99 plus parts (drive cost $75 & up)
- Replace non-functional hard drive, then perform Windows reload * without any data recovery or transfer - $199 plus parts
- Virus & Spyware removal - $159 (damaged file system rebuild is extra)
- Rebuild damaged hard drive file system - $89 and up depending upon extent of damage
- Virus protection program installation $39 plus software cost ($49 to $99 depending on features up to a 2yr subscription)
- Windows reload * no backup, onto functional hard drive (all drive contents erased) - $149
- Windows reload * with backup of functional hard drive & data transfer to a hard drive - $299
- Data Recovery Basic - $199 (cannot read hard drive due to computer (not hard drive) failure. $49 charge if un-recoverable)
- Data Recovery Premium - $359 & up (Hard Drive failure with unreadable file system. $59 charge if un-recoverable)
* Windows reload includes installation of Windows **, Microsoft Office **, Anti-Virus program **, Adobe reader, Crossloop remote access, QuickTime and Java. All other programs ** may be included at no extra charge at the discretion of ARDS Services depending upon complexity. ** Requires customer supplied CD's
Residential On-location service:
First 1.5 hours or less - $199 plus parts, Each additional 15 minute increment or fraction thereof beyond first 1.5 hours - $29
Set-up wired or wireless network, up to 3 functional computers or devices - $169 plus parts. Each additional component - $45
Residential Remote support:
Depends upon the nature of the problem and internet connectivity availability - parts extra, credit card pre-authorization required)
First 15 minutes $49, Each additional 15 minute increments beyond first 15 minutes - $24
Business services:
Custom - Quoted upon request, hourly rate $140 and up depending upon services required and if during business or non-business hours.
ARDS Services is not responsible for products not claimed after 90 days left in the ARDS Services office.
